METCON MADNESS
A combination to challenge both your cardiovascular system and your strength. Aimed at all abilities.
Barbell & Dumbbell Conditioning
Does what it says on the tin…conditioning work with barbells and dumbbells.
Mind Over Matter
Not for the faint hearted…a class to test your mindset and willpower…time to dig deep!
Bootcamp
A class to get your heart pumping and make you sweat with a variety of exercises and challenges. Aimed at all abilities.
Lower Body Strength & Conditioning
Lower body strength session combined with conditioning work. Aimed at all abilities.
Upper Body Strength & Conditioning
Upper body strength session combined with conditioning work. Aimed at all abilities.
Full Body Strength & Conditioning
Full Body Strength Session Combined With Conditioning Work. Aimed At All Abilities.
Satellite Circuit
A traditional circuit format of rotating from station to station. Aimed at all abilities.
Bootcamp & Core
As bootcamp class with additional emphasis on core development and strength. Aimed at all abilities.
Group WOD
Complete different workouts as a group. Aimed at all abilities.
Junior Gym Class
A class designed to support and develop our Able Juniors’ fitness, strength and technique. For Junior Members only.
Start The Week Right
It’s Monday again! STWR offers a wide variety of training styles and formats. From cardio, strength work and HIIT to bodyweight blasts. This class offers different levels to work at, so you can push to your limits, no matter your fitness levels. And remember, no repeats! No two STWR classes are the same.
Boxfit
A cardiovascular and strength workout based on boxing techniques using gloves and pad work. Suitable for all levels and mainly working in pairs, you will improve your strength, core and overall fitness in a 45 minute class.
Keep Fit @ Able
Keep fit class aimed at seniors and those new or returning to exercise. Easy to follow everyday movements. Improve balance and flexibility. Build confidence to stay mobile and independent. Helps reduce risk of heart disease, stroke, stress & on- set of diabetes. Ideal class time to socialise afterwards too.
Parents & Toddlers Class
A high energy fitness class aimed at all levels of training for any parents that have young babies/children in tow. Bring them along and still enjoy getting that workout alongside fellow parents in a fun and accommodating setting for both you and your children.
